
Executive, personal, and career coach, Jennifer McAleer is the founder of Coaching Imaginarium and is on the executive life coaching panels of National Australia Bank, MLC, and Ernst Young. She has a behavioural science degree and is accredited yoga/meditation teacher with experience in delivering self assessment and 360 degree tools including LSI, LEA, Personal Directions, MBTI, MSCEIT and wellbeing consultant with GLWS.
Personal Statement
I have a strong passion and commitment to executive coaching & training that support commercial imperatives as well as personal well-being and improved adaptability. My executive coaching sessions and workshops are designed to improve self-awareness, reduce stress for optimum performance and create a Life/Work fit that maximises each individuals true potential.
Improved communication skills, enhanced decision-making and more effective personal relationships result in increased productivity and lay the foundations for future action and success.
Over the past 20 years, I have coached many executives at all levels, assisting them to create focus and drive to achieve meaningful results in their personal and professional lives.
Executive Coaching philosophy and approach
I believe the executive coach is a powerful ally who motivates, challenges and guides the individual to keep accountable to their values, goals and results. Executive coaching sessions are individually designed to address key issues and to facilitate a solution focused strategy to ensure meaningful success.
My coaching sessions are based on building a strong rapport and trust with each individual, drawing on a diverse range of frameworks and techniques from psychology, education, communication, health and well-being research and resources. These executive coaching sessions focus on creativity, empowerment, unleashing talents, and generating a connection with the inner self.
B-ME Well Being Workshops
B-ME is an experiential and exciting program developed over a 5 year period especially for corporates and business in Australia.
For new employees B-ME can be used as a precursor to orientation; for executives charged with leading the organisation and developing strategy, B-ME will empower them with the self awareness and thinking processes required to take the business to the next level. B-ME can support an existing learning and development program, or function as a standalone workshop that promotes well being and productivity.
